Additional Rate Details and Rental Terms Please add 9.8% occupancy tax to all rates. $275 cleaning fee and $500 damage deposit required with all stays. To secure dates a refundable reservation deposit of 25% is required. The reservation deposit is refundable with 60 or more days cancellation notice.
"We had a fabulous time. Your place is gorgeous! These are insignificant suggestions but for future guests, some towel racks and trash cans in the bathrooms would be good. You might want to put pads on the bottom of your dining room chairs and and maybe a cheap throw rug in front of the kitchen sink to keep your hardwood floors in good shape. A few chairs and reading lamps in the living room would be nice for night time. A couple of things that we have had at other rentals that are not necessities, but are nice to have are the following: a gas grill, some patio chairs, a vcr/dvd player with a few choices of family videos, and some board games or some kind of game table. Please don't be offended by these suggestions. They are not criticisms. You have a marvelous house.
