Additional Rate Details and Rental Terms Please add 9.8% occupancy tax to all rates. $275 cleaning fee and $500 damage deposit required with all stays. To secure dates a refundable reservation deposit of 25% is required. The reservation deposit is refundable with 60 or more days cancellation notice.
"The house exceeded our expectations, is its a great place to spend vacations we where there for new years eve (2015) and definitely will go back, the only improvement we would suggest is to have some extra sheets and blankets for the sleepers sofas of bring some if you are using them, the living room gets more colder that the rest of the house but still the house is warm. Another tip is that the hot tub gets warmer like 1 Fahrenheit each 20-30 mins so pre heat it with some time, everything else was perfect the main room bed is so conformable so are the other beds, everything is close to the house. "
