Additional Rate Details and Rental Terms Please add 9.8% occupancy tax to all rates. $275 cleaning fee and $500 damage deposit required with all stays. To secure dates a refundable reservation deposit of 25% is required. The reservation deposit is refundable with 60 or more days cancellation notice.
"We had the most wonderful time in Durango. This house is amazing, exactly how it is described. Very clean, enough linens and towels. There were 18 of us and we were very comfortable with the house and the studio apartment. Very easy to get to grocery stores and downtown Durango from the house. The owner has been extremely helpful and made the process for renting very easy. We will definitely stay here again."
