Additional Rate Details and Rental Terms Please add 9.8% occupancy tax to all rates. $275 cleaning fee and $500 damage deposit required with all stays. To secure dates a refundable reservation deposit of 25% is required. The reservation deposit is refundable with 60 or more days cancellation notice.
"Hi. We absolutely loved the house. We had a wonderful time. Only suggestions we can make: the window in the secondary bathroom upstairs needs a curtain or blind, especially with workers on the roof!! there is also not a hand towel rack in that bathroom. Other than these 2 very minor things, the house was awesome!!"
