Additional Rate Details and Rental Terms Please add 9.8% occupancy tax to all rates. $275 cleaning fee and $500 damage deposit required with all stays. To secure dates a refundable reservation deposit of 25% is required. The reservation deposit is refundable with 60 or more days cancellation notice.
"This was a great house rental. Excellent location. Often walked down the hill to use the park facilities, pool and walking along the river trail. The layout of the house was perfect for our family. We loved sitting on the big back porch with a private back yard. Plenty of towels and a well equipped kitchen. Hot tub was clean and a great place to congregate during the evening. "
