"This house has a lot of good qualities, but definitely needs some TLC. It is an older house and is not being taken care of as well as it could be. The other big issue we had was the cleanliness of the home. The counters in the kitchen, stove top, all the floors needed vacuumed and mopped. There was all kinds of dust, food, trash under master bedroom bed and couch. I requested housekeeping to come back, which they did but still the job was not done well. We have stayed in many homes in many places and I will say that I am a bit more picky about things being clean but this really fell short. We also had an issue with the hot tub not being tended to, we were told a pool man came twice a week but the bromine was totally gone in the hot tub We have stayed at many homes, but this one did not meet our expectations. It is a great location, in a nice neighborhood and very quiet. We have found it helpful when staying at other homes that the manager/owner have stopped by to meet us and go over things. Also if there could be another location for the grill it would be helpful. We could not use it for 4 nights because it would not heat up. We were told when the trade winds blow from the east it doesn't work."
