"Harbor Steps is a great location. Walkable to Pike Place, Downtown and Pioneer Square areas. The apartment was just as advertised. Clean. Modern. Good amenities. Parking was good although the garage is a little tight for larger vehicles. Good instructions provided regarding arrival and access. Would definitely recommend and stay there again. Thanks."
