Additional Rate Details and Rental Terms - $3495/week over Memorial Day, Thanksgiving, & Christmas
- 10 guests maximum. $500 security deposit. Minimum summer stay one week
- Weekly rentals from 3 PM Saturday to 10 AM the next Saturday
- Discounted monthly rates offered October - May
- Basic weekly house cleaning included
- No smoking, pets, or large events such as weddings
- Owner lives in separate attached apartment

At 90 my mom’s wish was to see the ocean, and your house (and the Nor’easter) made the view beautiful and dramatic. The collection of Indonesian/Asian art was an unexpected bonus.
