Additional Rate Details and Rental Terms - $3495/week over Memorial Day, Thanksgiving, & Christmas
- 10 guests maximum. $500 security deposit. Minimum summer stay one week
- Weekly rentals from 3 PM Saturday to 10 AM the next Saturday
- Discounted monthly rates offered October - May
- Basic weekly house cleaning included
- No smoking, pets, or large events such as weddings
- Owner lives in separate attached apartment
"Marc’s 70th birthday and Naomi’s 40th were celebrated with joy here at your wonderful home. The floor plan is unique and every room comfortable and cozy. Sitting on high gave us the million dollar view that our guests constantly mentioned. The Asian antiques were of great interest as we had been to Thailand twice and Sri Lanka also.
