Additional Rate Details and Rental Terms
- $3495/week over Memorial Day, Thanksgiving, & Christmas
- 10 guests maximum. $500 security deposit. Minimum summer stay one week
- Weekly rentals from 3 PM Saturday to 10 AM the next Saturday
- Discounted monthly rates offered October - May
- Basic weekly house cleaning included
- No smoking, pets, or large events such as weddings
- Owner lives in separate attached apartment

"What a perfect spot for our reunion of childhood friends! If you like falling asleep to the sound of the surf, you'll like it here. This comfortable, well-equipped house is light and airy with a terrific ocean view. One of many highlights was a walk through the woods to nearby quarries. Tim, the owner, is a real gem.
