Additional Rate Details and Rental Terms - $3495/week over Memorial Day, Thanksgiving, & Christmas
- 10 guests maximum. $500 security deposit. Minimum summer stay one week
- Weekly rentals from 3 PM Saturday to 10 AM the next Saturday
- Discounted monthly rates offered October - May
- Basic weekly house cleaning included
- No smoking, pets, or large events such as weddings
- Owner lives in separate attached apartment

From swimming in the quarry to the beaches, lunches at Lobster Pool and a fabulous dinner at Duckworth's. Plus we chopped and cooked in this well equipped kitchen--so well fed, well rested in the wonderful sun room--we head home after a perfect vacation hoping to return again next summer."
