Additional Rate Details and Rental Terms - $3495/week over Memorial Day, Thanksgiving, & Christmas
- 10 guests maximum. $500 security deposit. Minimum summer stay one week
- Weekly rentals from 3 PM Saturday to 10 AM the next Saturday
- Discounted monthly rates offered October - May
- Basic weekly house cleaning included
- No smoking, pets, or large events such as weddings
- Owner lives in separate attached apartment

Is it the openness and interesting architectural angles, is it the view of the ocean and the boats, is it watching the chipmunk store rose hips for the winter, is it the tempting selection of books, artwork, and CDs, or is it the quaintly hip downtown where you can walk for great espresso and fresh scones in the brisk morning air?
