Additional Rate Details and Rental Terms - $3495/week over Memorial Day, Thanksgiving, & Christmas
- 10 guests maximum. $500 security deposit. Minimum summer stay one week
- Weekly rentals from 3 PM Saturday to 10 AM the next Saturday
- Discounted monthly rates offered October - May
- Basic weekly house cleaning included
- No smoking, pets, or large events such as weddings
- Owner lives in separate attached apartment
"Owner’s response to Feb 06 comments: - We installed new handles and locks on both the upstairs bathroom doors. All 3 bathrooms in the house now lock from the inside. - Instructions for the thermostats are included in a binder we keep for guests explaining house appliances, etc. It also has a section about Cape Ann activities, nearby restaurant recommendations, and other local info. - We appreciate the recent comments about the house artwork but guests considering a stay here should not infer that we have museum-caliber masterpieces. Rather we have several rustic watercolors that suit the setting along with simple (and hopefully pleasing) overseas art."
