Additional Rate Details and Rental Terms - $3495/week over Memorial Day, Thanksgiving, & Christmas
- 10 guests maximum. $500 security deposit. Minimum summer stay one week
- Weekly rentals from 3 PM Saturday to 10 AM the next Saturday
- Discounted monthly rates offered October - May
- Basic weekly house cleaning included
- No smoking, pets, or large events such as weddings
- Owner lives in separate attached apartment
"Thanks for a wonderful vacation. All of your attention to detail makes it an amazing experience. The house is just so beautifully stocked that I can't imagine needing anything and not finding it in a closet! We had an absolutely wonderful visit and hope to return. We enjoyed many walks in Halibut Point State Park--the sunsets (paths to left) are wonderful. We took beach chairs out during the day and read on the rocks. We enjoyed both low and high tides (both are a must do at Wingaersheek Beach). They are so completely different. We ate lobster roll after lobster roll--and I never got my fill. We had a lovely dinner at the Emerson (Inn). And we enjoyed the shops in Gloucester. A terrific, restful, and peace-restoring two weeks.
