Additional Rate Details and Rental Terms - $3495/week over Memorial Day, Thanksgiving, & Christmas
- 10 guests maximum. $500 security deposit. Minimum summer stay one week
- Weekly rentals from 3 PM Saturday to 10 AM the next Saturday
- Discounted monthly rates offered October - May
- Basic weekly house cleaning included
- No smoking, pets, or large events such as weddings
- Owner lives in separate attached apartment
"Our stay was one of the most enjoyable family vacations we have ever had. We had 3 generations in the house and all were very comfortable. The views, especially sunrise, were postcard-perfect. The neighbors made us feel like friends, not just renters. The convenient train service to Boston and the CATA made transportation an enjoyable part of our stay in Rockport.
