Additional Rate Details and Rental Terms - $3495/week over Memorial Day, Thanksgiving, & Christmas
- 10 guests maximum. $500 security deposit. Minimum summer stay one week
- Weekly rentals from 3 PM Saturday to 10 AM the next Saturday
- Discounted monthly rates offered October - May
- Basic weekly house cleaning included
- No smoking, pets, or large events such as weddings
- Owner lives in separate attached apartment
"Here’s how to travel: arrive at night; wake up in a new place. Gull Cove House confirms this. The insistent New England summer morning had us up before five 0’clock, but the view held us still for the first hour. The house was thoughtfully provisioned, the kitchen ready for use. Thanks for the little things: extra towels, guidebooks, suggestions. Go to a hotel and find people paid to welcome you. Here we don’t feel like transients. We’ll be back. Thanks for a wonderful stay.
