A 150.00 cleaning fee for 1-6 nights. 200.00 cleaning fee for 7 nights or more.
We have a $250-$300 security deposit which is fully refundable if there are no damages
and no additional cleaning needed.
"The house is in a good location. The location, however, means there is a lot of street noise at night from car traffic. If anyone in your family is a light sleeper, I would not recommend this property. The house was clean and the amenities including a large TV with direct tv was nice."
