Additional Rate Details and Rental Terms 275.00 per night for 1-6 nights. 250.00 per night for 7 nights or more.
A 150.00 cleaning fee for 1-6 nights. 200.00 cleaning fee for 7 nights or more.
We have a $250-$300 security deposit which is fully refundable if there are no damages
and no additional cleaning needed.
"We felt very comfortable in this house, it is gated, locked and has great amenities. We had seven people in our party and we had plenty of space. Two of the beds were a bit hard for a few of us more of a preference thing and one room does not have AC, but the loft, master bedroom, and bedroom under loft stayed pretty cool. The kitchen and laundry were fully stocked though we didn’t find the laundry soap until we were leaving. Owner and manager were VERY helpful and responded immediately when we had questions. Parking for one car was great. We did not have problems with the parking as long as we moved the spare car by 8am every day. The deck off the loft was lovely and we enjoyed dining in the moonlight. We would suggest renting this house."
