A 150.00 cleaning fee for 1-6 nights. 200.00 cleaning fee for 7 nights or more.
We have a $250-$300 security deposit which is fully refundable if there are no damages
and no additional cleaning needed.
"My parents, brother, and his girlfriend all came into town to join us for Thanksgiving, and stayed in this lovely home. The hosts really go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need for a perfect stay -- from little touches like toiletries in the bathroom, to a comprehensive neighborhood guide including shopping tips and restaurant recommendations. Everything was sparkling clean and bathrooms and kitchen were well-stocked. In fact, we gathered as a family and shared our Thanksgiving meal in this home, and it was perfect. On-site secure parking and laundry made having the whole family stay that much easier. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, and our hosts were responsive and respectful. A fantastic find!"
