Additional Rate Details and Rental Terms 275.00 per night for 1-6 nights. 250.00 per night for 7 nights or more.
A 150.00 cleaning fee for 1-6 nights. 200.00 cleaning fee for 7 nights or more.
We have a $250-$300 security deposit which is fully refundable if there are no damages
and no additional cleaning needed.
"We enjoyed our stay in West Hollywood. The home was a great place with all the necessities, had a few small problems which the owner corrected ASAP. Had a problem with the smoke alarm, every time we used the stove or put bread in the toaster the alarm went off apart from that a great place to stay."
