A 150.00 cleaning fee for 1-6 nights. 200.00 cleaning fee for 7 nights or more.
We have a $250-$300 security deposit which is fully refundable if there are no damages
and no additional cleaning needed.
"My family very much enjoyed our stay in your home. There were six people and there was plenty of room for all. The home was close to every place we visited, only blocks from Hollywood walk of fame, less than three miles from Universal studios. Will definitely stay again if we visit Hollywood. I only have one complaint and that was there was a musty smell coming from the washer that was located in the one bedroom but nothing that we couldn't handle."
