A 150.00 cleaning fee for 1-6 nights. 200.00 cleaning fee for 7 nights or more.
We have a $250-$300 security deposit which is fully refundable if there are no damages
and no additional cleaning needed.
"After my wife was released from the hospital for a delicate spinal chord surgery, comfort and ease of getting around our place to stay was very important. We were VERY impressed with the home and the layout for our stay. Even tough traffic in the area was a challenge, the area proved to be rich with deliscious restaurants of all types in very close proximity. The ability to make our own breakfast was a treat! Everything worked great and we truly enjoyed our stay. We will enjoy our next visit here again because of this home."
