A 150.00 cleaning fee for 1-6 nights. 200.00 cleaning fee for 7 nights or more.
We have a $250-$300 security deposit which is fully refundable if there are no damages
and no additional cleaning needed.
"This was a nice place. It wasn't the first place we had selected and were moved several times. That said, the rooms were nice, it was clean. The upstairs loft stairs are very steep and the two twin beds might work best for kids. (The adults kept hitting their heads on the slanted ceiling!!) Also, only one car fits in the parking space and you might have to search several blocks for on street parking. The owners are very nice and accomodating. Good place to stay if you want to be in the Hollywood, Los Feliz area."
