Additional Rate Details and Rental Terms 275.00 per night for 1-6 nights. 250.00 per night for 7 nights or more.
A 150.00 cleaning fee for 1-6 nights. 200.00 cleaning fee for 7 nights or more.
We have a $250-$300 security deposit which is fully refundable if there are no damages
and no additional cleaning needed.
"Considering we were a big group of 10 adults, the property was able to comfortably accommodate all of our needs. The location was great for what we wanted to do and was within minutes of everything LA; Hollywood, Universal Studios, downtown LA. You just can't beat traffic though. =( One thing I would recommend is air conditioning and a custom 'to-do' list within the vicinities. There were times where we didn't know what to do late at night and a guide would've been vital. If you don't plan to do air conditioning, gated windows would be a great addition for air circulation while keeping tenants safe. Overall, a great stay and would do it again in the future!"
