A 150.00 cleaning fee for 1-6 nights. 200.00 cleaning fee for 7 nights or more.
We have a $250-$300 security deposit which is fully refundable if there are no damages
and no additional cleaning needed.
"We really enjoyed our 2-night stay in Franklin Village. Stephanie was a very helpful host answering all our questions via e-mail. The property is clean and cosy. We were a company of 3 couples, each staying in a separate bedroom. We had breakfast/dinner together at the table in the living/dining area. The property is located in a very nice neighborhood walking distance from Sunset Blvd, Hollywood Blvd and Walk of Fame. It is just 5 min drive to the Griffith Observatory. I recommend the property for companies of friends and relatives. We really liked the fact we spent so much time together."
