A 150.00 cleaning fee for 1-6 nights. 200.00 cleaning fee for 7 nights or more.
We have a $250-$300 security deposit which is fully refundable if there are no damages
and no additional cleaning needed.
"We stayed here for my brother's birthday with another friend of his. It's close to everything and well laid out. There are nice artistic touches throughout the house. The kitchen was well stocked. There was lots of information about things to do including a book of menus. The patio is a beautiful place for a cup of coffee in the morning or dinner in the evening. There's plenty of room so that you can find a place to be off on your own or hang out with the rest of your group. We didn't spend any time on the rooftop balcony, but I checked it out and it looked lovely. The private parking has room for 2 small cars or one larger one which is great because parking is tricky in that neighborhood. 2 grocery stores within walking distance. I would happily stay here again."
