Additional Rate Details and Rental Terms 275.00 per night for 1-6 nights. 250.00 per night for 7 nights or more.
A 150.00 cleaning fee for 1-6 nights. 200.00 cleaning fee for 7 nights or more.
We have a $250-$300 security deposit which is fully refundable if there are no damages
and no additional cleaning needed.
"In California for the graduation of our son from the AFI Conservatory, and the house was ideal for us. Three bedrooms and a loft upstairs was ideal for five of us coming from different places around the country. The living room is very comfortable for a large group, and the location is excellent--not only close to Holly wood Blvd. but coffee shops, restaurants, etc."
