A 150.00 cleaning fee for 1-6 nights. 200.00 cleaning fee for 7 nights or more.
We have a $250-$300 security deposit which is fully refundable if there are no damages
and no additional cleaning needed.
"We really enjoyed our stay at this home! It was a very convenient location and we enjoyed being able to wander the neighborhood and several local businesses (Birds and Localli in particular). The house itself was very nice, enjoyed being able to spread out - and our son enjoyed the upstairs room. Had dinner on the roof one night which was really nice.
