A 150.00 cleaning fee for 1-6 nights. 200.00 cleaning fee for 7 nights or more.
We have a $250-$300 security deposit which is fully refundable if there are no damages
and no additional cleaning needed.
"Behind the purple gate, this cozy house became our base of operations for a Rose Parade visit - easy 1/2 hour drive on parade morning. Great location, near Hollywood sign, Griffith Park, near restaurants, markets, and cafes of Franklin Village. Our fave was the Bourgeois Pig. Layout of home has central living room for communal time and spacious comfortable bedrooms for retreats."
