"We were dismayed to discover that upstairs window in this property had been bricked over. It would be illegal in the US to call a room with no sunlight or fresh air a bedroom. Photos of the exterior clearly showed second story windows which constitutes false advertising. In addition, one of the showers upstairs did not work at all and the other two shower heads only reluctantly dripped water. There were no towel bars in the bathrooms, not enough towels for each of the six of us. There was no shelf in the shower for soap or shampoo. The single hard pillow per person on an uncomfortable bed with ill fitting sheets did not make any of us happy. There was a lonely small and dinged up frying pan and plates and cups were chipped and bowls were almost non existent. All in all a very big disappointment, the first time this has happened with a Home Away rental."
