"This is a great place for a family reunion. We had 12 people there at one time and had plenty of room. We did need to use both couches and we brought 2 of our own air beds. Being on the canal was beautiful and we enjoyed using the paddleboat there. The fire pit was great for a night of smores. It was fun to see so many tame deer all around us. Some of our group had fun horseback riding on the beach and we all enjoyed the nearby shops. The owner was very easy to work with and when we called him with a minor problem he was able to immediately take care of it. Great layout for wheelchairs as well."
