 "David, you were an absolute pleasure to work with. Initially I was uncertain about renting from an owner versus direct from the hotel. However, the whole process was absolutely smooth, simple and best of all I saved money$$$$$From the time we arrived the bell staff was welcoming and very pleasant. The receptionist made check in a breeze and the room was conveniently close to the elevator. (Not the long walk down the hall) The room was very modern, up to date and spacious. The bed was very comfy and the room was tastefully decorated. The amenities were also very nice. Keurig coffee maker, refrigerator, large sink, stove, microwave and iHome. This made the room nice and cozy with the comforts of home. We took advantage of the dry cleaning service and the clothes were ready within hours. The staff by the pool was awesome!!! Super friendly and so sweet. They were helpful and courteous. The pool was not too big, but had all the perks of the Palms. I was quite impressed by the relaxing ambiance. The spa and the restaurant Simon were also very impressive. I would definitely do this again. This is a one stop hotel that has the easy access to the "Typical Vegas" environment, but also has the access to a peaceful retreat away from all the "Typical Vegas" vibe. "David,I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. Clean, spacious and modern.I highly recommend this hotel. I walked into the room, and was amazed to see that the room did truly live up to the pictures on the website. Hotel concierge staff was most kind people and parking attendants were very pleasant. The balcony has beautiful views and it was overlooking the strip. The pool area was beautiful and very relaxing. The overall experience was just amazing. I would definitely return. "Mr. Flores, I’m taking this time to thank you for offering your Las Vegas condo. My wife and I had a wonderful time. We’ve been in Las Vegas numerous times, but we both enjoyed your place. The view is spectacular, the location is perfect, and the pool is just perfect. One of the many things we enjoyed about our stay was standing on the balcony, taking in the view of all the Las Vegas strip lights. I am glad I took a friend’s advice, a weekend; just with my beautiful wife and I. Well I could go on and on. I know the next get away will be in Las Vegas, and your condo will be our first choice. "Dave, we had an absolutely wonderful time and can't wait to go back. Your property is better than we ever could have imagined. The layout of the unit was fantastic. My wife does not like heights and being too high up on a building with a balconies created concerns and your unit was perfect. We had a great view of the strip all while looking over the pool area. The best was being able to hear the great music played in the pool area right into our room. It was a pleasure dealing with you. You made the transaction simple.
