Initially I was uncertain about renting from an owner versus direct from the hotel. However, the whole process was absolutely smooth, simple and best of all I saved money$$$$$From the time we arrived the bell staff was welcoming and very pleasant. The receptionist made check in a breeze and the room was conveniently close to the elevator. (Not the long walk down the hall) The room was very modern, up to date and spacious. The bed was very comfy and the room was tastefully decorated. The amenities were also very nice. Keurig coffee maker, refrigerator, large sink, stove, microwave and iHome. This made the room nice and cozy with the comforts of home. We took advantage of the dry cleaning service and the clothes were ready within hours. The staff by the pool was awesome!!! Super friendly and so sweet. They were helpful and courteous. The pool was not too big, but had all the perks of the Palms. I was quite impressed by the relaxing ambiance. The spa and the restaurant Simon were also very impressive. I would definitely do this again. This is a one stop hotel that has the easy access to the "Typical Vegas" environment, but also has the access to a peaceful retreat away from all the "Typical Vegas" vibe.
