The inviting apartment is a brand new duplex 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathrooms located in the heart of Miraflores. The living room, dining room, loft, and bedrooms have teak hardwood floors whereas the kitchen, laundry and bathrooms have tiled floors.
On the first floor, the living room and dining room are fully furnished with a pleasant contemporary look. The kitchen is completely equipped with an electric stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, rice maker, blender and a toaster. To complete the kitchen, china, glassware, silverware, wine glasses, cooking pots and cooking utensils are provided for your convenience. The laundry room features a spill sink, a full size electric washer & dryer, ironing board and an iron. The full bathroom includes a stand up seamless glass shower. The powder room is located by the living room area.
On the second floor, there are two fully furnished bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed, a 32" LCD flat screen TV, a dresser and a closet. The second bedroom has two twin size beds, a dresser and a walk in closet. Clean linens and towels are included. The full size bathroom has a stand up seamless glass shower. The loft area includes a sofa, two ottomans, and a TV console. A 32" LCD flat screen TV with bi-lingual settings (HBO,Disney), and a DVD/CD/AM/FM player put the last touches on this relaxed area.
