There are two bedrooms, the master having a queen bed, walk in wardrobe/dressing area, ensuite bathroom and tv. The guest bedroom has 2 twin beds with built in robes. There is also a family bathroom. Attached to the sitting room is a screened Lanai/sun room so you can sit outside and watch the sunrise or set.
There is also a sofa/bed in the living room that can be made up to accomodate 2 more guests if required. Max 6 persons/villa.
The kitchens are upgraded with all usual appliances and also a washing machine, tumble dryer, and dishwasher.
The living room furniture and floor coverings are new, and the high vaulted ceilings and 1400sq ft of living space makes it feel very roomy and relaxing. It has a large flat screen cable tv, dvd player and ipod dock.

The villas are located in quiet cul de sacs. The location is great for kids and they can play safely at the large heated pool/jacuzzi or tennis courts and other activities on site. Barbaque/picnic area overlooking the lake and feature fountain. Everything is on one level, so its easy to get about.
