Additional Rate Details and Rental Terms * Taxes of 10% are added to all rates

* Personal checks accepted for rent; must have two weeks to clear
* No cancellation refunds unless house is uninhabitable or if we re-book

* Weekly only at holidays; $500 upcharge for New Years, Easter, memorial Day, July 4th, Thanksgiving, and Christmas weeks
"My family and I loved our stay at Water Colors. We were a family of 10 & everyone fit perfectly. The kids loved the PS2; there were alot of movies for them to chose from & they loved all the beach toys that were available for their use (boogie boards!). The rooms were all very big and we especially loved the kitchen. We will definitely be back next year."
