Additional Rate Details and Rental Terms * Taxes of 10% are added to all rates

* Personal checks accepted for rent; must have two weeks to clear
* No cancellation refunds unless house is uninhabitable or if we re-book
* 10% administrative fee applied to all renter cancellations even if re-booked
* Babies in cribs free
* Weekly only at holidays; $500 upcharge for New Years, Easter, memorial Day, July 4th, Thanksgiving, and Christmas weeks
"What a wonderful house, perfect for our family and friends. The best equipped kitchen we've ever seen, plenty of beach gear and even a library of books for those of us that were lazy. We found so many varieties of shells the kids started a "museum" on the deck! We had five kids, six adults and a golden retriever - and we all fit with space left over. We can't wait to go back!"
