Additional Rate Details and Rental Terms Please add 13.1% state and local taxes to all rates plus a $200 cleaning fee and security deposit/insurance required with all stays. Credit card fee of 2.5% and e-check fee of 1%. Minimum summer stay is weekly running Friday to Friday. Check-in time is 5pm, Check-out time is 10am.
"We spent a week at this lovely house. The first thing we noticed upon arrival was the incredible view of the lake and mountains. The house is beautiful appointed with everything we would need for our stay. It is in a truly wonderful location with a very easy walk to the shores of the lake, and great playgrounds. We've rented many vacation properties in the past, and this was, by far, our favorite. Not only because of its location, but the overall comfort of our family."
