Additional Rate Details and Rental Terms Please add 13.1% state and local taxes to all rates plus a $200 cleaning fee and security deposit/insurance required with all stays. Credit card fee of 2.5% and e-check fee of 1%. Minimum summer stay is weekly running Friday to Friday. Check-in time is 5pm, Check-out time is 10am.
"We had a great time! The house was clean, well maintained and stocked, it worked well for the 7 family members present. The views were beautiful, and the beach is just a 5min walk away - all over a safe walking path. The logistics were also straightforward: the owner was responsive, and checking in/out was flawless thanks for the detailed instructions. We loved it, and might just be back."
