Additional Rate Details and Rental Terms Please add 13.1% state and local taxes to all rates plus a $200 cleaning fee and security deposit/insurance required with all stays. Credit card fee of 2.5% and e-check fee of 1%. Minimum summer stay is weekly running Friday to Friday. Check-in time is 5pm, Check-out time is 10am.
"We had 6 ladies come together and enjoy our time on Wapato Point. Instead of staying in a hotel, we loved making meals in the kitchen and playing boardgames on the patio. Yoga on the deck in the early morning was also a great bonus! The location is really close to Manson's weekend karaoke, and it only took a Lyft driver about 15 minutes to arrive. We loved our stay. Check out time was a bit restrictive for our group but the house was wonderful."
