Additional Rate Details and Rental Terms Please add 13.1% state and local taxes to all rates plus a $200 cleaning fee and security deposit/insurance required with all stays. Credit card fee of 2.5% and e-check fee of 1%. Minimum summer stay is weekly running Friday to Friday. Check-in time is 5pm, Check-out time is 10am.
"The house and location are wonderful! It was clean and beautifully decorated. Our only issue was the pillows and couch. You’re basically sitting on the frame and the pillows were very flat. Other than that it was wonderful!"
