Additional Rate Details and Rental Terms Please add 13.1% state and local taxes to all rates plus a $200 cleaning fee and security deposit/insurance required with all stays. Credit card fee of 2.5% and e-check fee of 1%. Minimum summer stay is weekly running Friday to Friday. Check-in time is 5pm, Check-out time is 10am.
"We had a reunion with 5 children and 6 adults. Although the house was a little small for so many, we had a great time. Two of us slept on a blow up bed on the deck with the shooting stars and Milky Way in full view. Since it was good weather we were playing outside during the day. The pool was very close as well as a large field for ball play. Art classes were offered at the beach for school aged children. During naps for the smallest we enjoyed relaxing on the deck with its spectacular view. I highly recommend this house."
