The home far exceeded our expectations, it was so spacious & decorated so lovely. It sure beats staying in a hotel complex, as one can't beat the privacy & enjoying your own heated pool, lanai & private yard. We were very comfortable in renting your boat (as we are boat people from MN), but the experience of boating through the canals of Cape Coral & out onto the beautiful waters of the Gulf was a new experience for all of us. We also lucked out on the weather, as we were not expecting 82 degrees in January for the majority of our trip. Thank you also for the excellent communication, really enjoyed our phone calls!
