Home sleeps up to 12, so add $100/week ($15/night) for each additional per person over the age of 2. We rent to responsible student groups, with a refundable $750 security deposit. A cleaning fee applies to daily rates. Half of rent is due upfront to secure the reservation. The remainder of the rent, plus 11% Florida tax and a $500 ($750 for students) security deposit are due 30 days prior to scheduled arrival. The security deposit will be refunded within 2-3 days of checkout, if the property is left in the condition in which it was found and all rental policies are followed. All reservations during peak season are from Saturday (check-in) to Saturday (check-out). Lodging Tax: 11% Home is available for long-term rental during the Winter season. Rate of $1350 for 2 people.
