Rates for double occupancy. Please add $20/wk for each additional person. Monthly discounts available, please inquire.
In addition to your rent amount, the following expenses need to be considered:
11.5% sales taxes will be added.
$100 refundable security deposit is required.
$50 cleaning fee.
Cancellation made at least 45 days in advance will be refunded, minus a $50 processing fee; thereafter, we will refund any portion that is re-rented, minus a $50 processing fee. Personal checks are accepted two weeks or more in advance. We accept VISA and MasterCard.
