"We were pleasantly surprised at the wonderful decor and comfortable furnishings at Swaying Pines villa. The Greener family have clearly put a large amount of effort into tastefully decorating this property. The villa's location was very scenic, secluded and tranquil, and yet optimally situated part way between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. (Although Gatlinburg had been our focus as our vacation destination and we loved the uniqueness and European feel of Gatlinburg, we were thankful to have equally easy access to Pigeon Forge for its more mundane facilities such as grocery shops, etc.) The villa also had a great selection of DVD's, games and books for guests to enjoy. Amy was very helpful, reassuring and pleasant to deal with throughout the booking process. Everything met or exceeded our expectations and we'd recommend this property to others."
