Special Holidays and 3-day weekends maybe higher. $95 cleaning & wash linens fee. TOT tax of 10% on rental fee and cleaning fee will be charged to occupant. $300 security deposit. Check-in at 4 pm, check-out at 11 am, unless otherwise arranged for earlier check-in or later check-out.
Rates may be higher on 3 day weekends and special holidays such as Spring Break.
RATES ARE BASED ON OCCUPANCY BY UP TO 8 PEOPLE. HAVING MORE THAN 8 PEOPLE STAY IN THE CONDO IS NOT ALLOWED AND WILL FORFEIT YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT AND MAY INCUR A FINE BY THE CITY OF SOUTH LAKE TAHOE.
