"We recently returned from a wonderful one week stay at Spinnaker. The home had everything we could possibly need: a fully equipped kitchen, plenty of space to stretch out, and an equally enjoyable outside area to sit and watch the wildlife. The location was great. It sets on a very quiet canal but only a short distance from the bay so the views were incredible from both inside and outside. The website they have with updated pictures provided an accurate portrayal of what to expect: a clean comfortable, well maintained home. We especially liked the screened porch. Mosquitoes can be a major issue on Chincoteague, even in late September, and the porch allowed us to enjoy our morning coffee as well as dinner and wine without any insects. Bicycles are a must on the island. The locked storage area was perfect to store our bikes when we weren’t using them. The private dock on the canal made it easy to get our kayak in and out of the water. It was obvious that the Hutchings wanted our stay to be one to remember – and it was. Thank you."
