"We have been renting condos for over 10 years. I have many allergies and sometimes when you enter a place you know they have used very strong cleaning supplies. Although this condo was very clean we did not have that experience this time. It was one of the best stocked condos we have ever rented. The appliances were all top quality. The condo is centrally located for many activities. We loved the 5 min. walk to Starbucks, grocery store and restaurants. We had the privilege to meet Kathleen. "We stayed at the condo for a week in September 2010. Everything was great from the beginning of our trip to the end, until we had to leave and go back to work. The owner gave us directions that were right on and refunded our deposit promptly. She was very accomodating and great to work with. The condo is spacious, spotless and very well equipped. Walking distance to a few restaurants and a Safeway. We ended up using the BBQ's in the pool area almost every night. The pool area is also very nice and was not busy at all during our stay.  "Excellent location in Scottsdale; accessible to numerous golf courses, stores and restaurants. The accommodations were the perfect size for our foursome. Having 3 t.v.'s, wireless internet access, a printer, a washer and dryer in the condo were added touches. The kitchen was very well stocked and had all the conveniences of home. As well, being on the ground floor and having the parking space conveniently located near condo was very helpful. FYI, we would have liked to have a gas bbq on the patio (for convenience and we realize it is probably prohibited by condo association rules). In addition, we thought that there should be recycle containers provided near the garbage bins. The communication via emails, phone calls, and payment methods were extremely efficient and precise! Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed staying at your condo and would definitely stay there again and would recommend it highly to others.
