Resort charges weekly Guest Badge fees. For 2013, guest badges are required for everyone of the age of 4 and over. This year, the in-season rate begins June 14, which is the start of the summer activities at Sea Colony.

Fully refundable with exception of $100 processing fee if reserved week is re-booked by owner.

The location is excellent (walking distance to the indoor pool, gym, and tennis facilities and a short bike ride to the beach), and the condo had everything we needed. It was great that linens were provided. The place was clean and the owner very responsive prior and during our stay. We had an excellent time and would like to return."
