Resort charges weekly Guest Badge fees. For 2013, guest badges are required for everyone of the age of 4 and over. This year, the in-season rate begins June 14, which is the start of the summer activities at Sea Colony.

Fully refundable with exception of $100 processing fee if reserved week is re-booked by owner.
"We rented during the off season, when not a lot of things were open. But it was quiet and peaceful which was great! We had 6 people, two families, and it felt like a perfect size. The kids loved sleeping in the loft. It has two beds but could easily accommodate a few sleeping bags if more kids wanted to have fun camping out."
