We cannot rent to persons under the age of 25.
"We spent the week of 7/8-7/15. My wife and I and our 2 children ages 6 & 15 (yes same marriage LOL) were there with my wifes brother and his 9 year old daughter. 6 of us altogether. The house suited our needs perfectly. We drove to Silver Lake area 3 times (Lots of "touristy" stuff to do and not that far away.) The best part is coming back to a "Not so touristy" place to spend your evenings, or whole days for that matter. The sandy, shallow, clean lake was perfect for the kids!!! We had a GREAT time. Kathy is a great owner and we will probably be back next year."
