Additional Rate Details and Rental Terms
Rates are for 6 person occupancy. Additional guests, up to 8, are priced at an additional $25/person/night. 11.05% San Diego City tax for all stays under 30 days. Holiday and special event periods may be priced higher. Minimum stays vary depending on days of the week, season, calendar availability, and lead time for arrival. Please inquire. 50% of rental cost due at time of booking, balance due 30 days before arrival. $200 exit cleaning fee and fully refundable $500 damage deposit required with all stays.

"The house is lovely. The views from the porch are outstanding. (the pictures don't do it justice) We lived on the porch when we were at the home. Quiet neighborhood, good for sleeping. Location was convenient for our purposes. We could walk to PB , easy drive to downtown, Mission Valley, Torrey Pines, La Jolla. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The men/boys loved the arcade! The house is a great value for the money. We loved our stay. We will definitely stay there again on a return trip to San Diego."
