The rent varies from $845.78 to $2,000.00 per week, depending on the week or weeks selected. The rent includes a premium for the convenience and safety of private balcony spiral stairs leading directly to the heated pool, jacuzzi/spa, large sundeck with lounge chairs and tables, private beach, tennis court, and barbecue gas grills. Rent does not include a separate $155 cleaning/rental insurance fee and the 12% Florida sales/resort tax. Rentals are generally Saturday to Saturday. No smoking, no pets. Adults, families and children of all ages welcome. Credit cards welcome. Extended stays of 2 weeks or more welcome. Flexible rentals - contact Owner for special arrangements, monthly rentals, last-minute bookings, etc. Owner has access to many other 1, 2, and 3 bedroom beachfront condos and vacation homes - contact Owner for all of your lodging needs.
