The rent includes a premium for the convenience and safety of private balcony spiral stairs leading directly to the heated pool, jacuzzi/spa, large sundeck with lounge chairs and tables, private beach, tennis court, and barbecue gas grills. Rent does not include a separate $110 cleaning/departure fee and the 12% Florida sales/resort tax. Rentals are generally Saturday to Saturday. No smoking, no pets. Adults, families and children of all ages welcome. Credit cards welcome. Extended stays of 2 weeks or more welcome.
