Additional $100 Setup (linens, towels, starter paper products, high speed internet, cable TV/DVD, BBQ grill, fire pit, patio table/chairs, and sparkling clean!) and 10% tax. $300 due at booking, balance 30 days before arrival. $500 Security/Damage required but charged ONLY if there is damage or breach. Check-In after 4 pm EST; Check-Out 10 am EST. Principal renter must be age 25+. No smoking. No pets. No refunds;, trip insurance recommended. VISA, MasterCard, DEBIT CARD, personal check, or bank wire (USD$18) are accepted. Early Check-In may be possible for $25.
Redbird Cottage sleeps 6 and is one of two homes on one lot which share parking in the double driveway. The residential neighborhood is historic, quaint, and quiet yet close to many activities. It's perfect for families up to 6 or in combination with the guest house, which sleeps 4.
