Additional Rate Details and Rental Terms Rental price is inclusive of all taxes and Cleaning Fee. For Pets we charge a $50 flat fee per dog (under 25 lbs) two max. Rates available for Corporate Monthly Rental, Contact us for specific pricing. All reservations require an initial booking deposit equal to 50% of the rental.The rental balance plus a $200 refundable security deposit are due 15 days prior to check-in date, except for certain Holiday weeks (30 days).
"Leo and Amy's condo was the greatest place that we have ever rented for a vacation! The decor was beautiful, the directions to local attractions were helpful, and the amenities were the best ever. The condo complex was immaculate and exquisitely maintained. The infinity pool and the view from the pool was to die for! Yes, you have probably guessed that my husband and I totally enjoyed our stay in Leo's condo!
