It is often warm and sunny at this home when other properties on the Mesa are covered in fog. This makes "Poolside" a warm, private, resort style retreat. Just a short five minute drive and you are downtown, one could even walk through an area of historic, large homes. A few minutes more and you are at the beach, yet when you have had enough, you get to return to a green, fragrant oasis. Peacefully sleep in the quiet setting. Those who are early risers will not disturb those who want to sleep in as the bedroom wing is at the opposite end of the house from the kitchen living and dining areas.
