The weekly rates are based on 6 nights stay plus a 13% Osceola County and FL State Tax has to be added to the total cost. A $90 cleaning fee on all stays of less than 4 days. A credit card or cash deposit of $250.00 will be taken at check-in to cover any incidentals, damages, etc. If you wish to pay by CASH, the cash will then be mailed to you via check in 14 business days. Cash deposits will refunded 14 days after departure. The check-in process is in the office of my property manager.
